Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading digital product studio in Holmdel, NJ. This onsite role focuses on building and scaling cloud-native infrastructure powering mobile apps used by sports teams and venues.

You will work with a modern AWS serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, Cognito) and drive automation, monitoring, and reliable delivery at scale. Strong Python skills and IaC expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud/SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Deep expertise with AWS cloud services.
• Strong Python development and automation skills.
• Experience designing highly available, low-latency, high-traffic systems.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal oversight.

A leading digital product studio is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Holmdel, NJ. This full-time, onsite position will focus on building and scaling cloud-native infrastructure that powers mobile applications used by professional sports teams and live event venues. The organization leverages a modern, serverless AWS ecosystem including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, CDK, CloudFormation, IAM, and Cognito to deliver high-performance fan engagement experiences at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
