Job summary

EY is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Dallas with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in CI/CD automation, IaC, and Kubernetes-based deployment automation. You will collaborate with platform architects, Apigee engineers, cloud infra, security, and operations teams to build standardized pipelines, automate provisioning, and support production-grade release and support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar tooling.
• Kubernetes deployment automation and operations basics.
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) with IAM, networking, DNS.
• Scripting with Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• DevSecOps controls including scans and approvals.
• Git-based development practices with PRs and tags.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Implement pipeline stages for build, validation, security scans, and release approvals.
• Support Apigee proxy deployments through APIOps automation.
• Maintain release templates, runbooks, and environment standards.
• Develop IaC modules for cloud, Kubernetes, and platform components.
• Automate provisioning of Kubernetes namespaces, secrets, and deployments.
• Coordinate with cloud/network teams for DNS, load balancers, and security.
• Automate observability deployment and incident response support.
