Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps professional to enhance and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will drive automation, telemetry, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Austin environment.

You will be responsible for CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and security-focused operations, with 24/7 support to ensure reliability and performance for Global 2000 enterprises relying on Aravo’s TPRM platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of DevOps experience.
• Experience designing in self-hosted, private/public cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitLab, Nexus, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and IaC (Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation / CDK).
• Management of SaaS applications (Java, Spring Boot, Oracle DB, Solr, ZooKeeper, Cassandra, ActiveMQ) including monitoring and incident triage.
• Deep knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Sumo Logic, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Strong networking and security mindset; Linux troubleshooting.
• Experience mentoring and growing engineering teams; Agile/Lean teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Champion DevOps best practices and drive efficiency through automation.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and IaC to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with engineering to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure infrastructure, systems, and services are scalable, secure, and cost effective.
• Own observability and incident management with KPI-driven improvements.
• Maintain security-first mindset for infrastructure and tools.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues and provide debugging support.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage timelines/deliverables.
• Provide 24/7 coverage for internal and external customers.
