Fidelity Charitable is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and manage tools, processes and cloud environments for automation of build, test, deployment and production infrastructure.
You will oversee deployment strategies and work with Development, QA, Customer Support and Operations to enable delivery teams. 5+ years in IT and strong cloud/Kubernetes experience are expected for this role.

Fidelity’s Charitable Technology group is adding a Senior DevOps Engineer to our team. The DevOps Engineer implements and manages the tools, processes and cloud environments to automate our build, testing, deployment, and production infrastructure. You’ll build and manage the infrastructure to ensure the availability and performance of the servers used by Fidelity Charitable’s internal and external customers. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll oversee configuration, build, deployment and release management strategies. You’ll also regularly engage the Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Support, and Operations teams and help implement the tools and environment that ensures the delivery team’s success.

Fidelity Charitable Technology group develops the next‑generation technology that directly impacts how customers accomplish their philanthropic goals. As a Software Engineer within the technology business unit, you will help take Fidelity Charitable applications to the next level of evolution through hands‑on software development, technical mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration with a diverse, co‑located engineering team, while also visualizing customer issues as drivers for internal change.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
