Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on AWS, AWS GovCloud, Terraform, IaC, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes expertise to design, build, and operate scalable enterprise platforms.

You will automate provisioning, manage GovCloud Landing Zone initiatives, and drive observability, security, and operational excellence across CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with AWS, AWS GovCloud, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise (TFE).
• Strong experience in GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud observability and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage AWS GovCloud infrastructure using Terraform Enterprise.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes provisioning and deployment automation.
• Implement cloud infrastructure automation and security best practices.
• Integrate monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, and Splunk.
• Support disaster recovery, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Collaborate with architects, cloud engineers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Optimize deployment automation, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
