Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to guide architecture, lead pipeline migrations, and mentor engineers on a fast-moving embedded software team.

You will own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, work across teams, and drive improvements in a regulated, quality-focused environment with patient outcomes in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with GitLab and Jenkins for pipelines and workflow management.
• Solid programming skills in C, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with DevOps tooling covering infrastructure, logging, and security/compliance scanning.
• Familiarity with Jira and JAMA for project and requirements management.
• Strong Linux/Unix-like OS experience (Linux/QNX).
• Ability to architect and implement scalable software systems and deployment workflows.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven industries, especially medical devices.

Required Skills & Experience
