You will partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams to manage builds, deployments, and releases while driving automation and ensuring enterprise security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, SRE, or related technology role.

Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

This position is responsible for providing DevOps and Application Operations support across critical enterprise platforms. The role will partner closely with development, infrastructure, and engineering teams to enable reliable software delivery through CI/CD automation, cloud and container platform support, and operational excellence practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance build, deployment, and release processes.
• Support development, test, pre-production, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex application and platform issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency, stability, and scalability.
• Work with technologies such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, Ansible Tower, XLR, OpenShift/Kubernetes, AWS, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and risk-management standards.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related technology role.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and release orchestration platforms such as XLR.
• Experience supporting Java/J2EE applications and modern application frameworks in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and related infrastructure services.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible Tower.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security, vulnerability remediation, certificate management, and secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial services applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI‑driven operational automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members.
