Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a hands-on DevOps Technical Lead/Engineer with strong AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash skills. You will design and operate CI/CD pipelines, deploy on AWS and Kubernetes, and drive GitOps practices with automation and observability.

The role requires diagnosing production issues and collaborating with development, QA, security, and platform teams to improve reliability, security, and deployment efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Kubernetes deployment experience with Argo CD and GitOps.
• Proficiency in monitoring with New Relic and effective incident management.
• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud networking/security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and GitOps practices.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments with Argo CD and ensure reliability.
• Deploy and operate production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Implement observability with New Relic, including dashboards and alerts.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and deployment issues.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, security, and deployment efficiency.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and/or Bash.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Kubernetes resources (Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, Namespaces, RBAC).
• Apply DevSecOps practices and security controls.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for scripting, testing, and reviews with proper validation.

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Technical Lead / DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Argo CD, New Relic, Python, and Bash.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building and supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, GitOps, observability, automation, and production operations. Candidates should be comfortable independently troubleshooting production issues and working closely with development, QA, security, and platform teams.

Must Have Skills:

• Use AI-assisted development/coding tools for scripting, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and code reviews, with appropriate testing, security validation, and human review.

Preferred Skills:
