RELEX Solutions is looking for a line manager for the DevOps S&A team, responsible for facilitating the team's operations, ensuring goals are met, and handling project implementations. This role demands a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience with automation, coding, and managing technical operations. This position allows for remote work across the US, promoting a flexible and adaptable work environment while aiming to support the company’s growth.
- Work as line manager for the DevOps S&A team in US
- Work with the Team towards meeting sprint targets and other goals
- Remove obstacles and manage dependencies impacting your Teams work
- Cultivate the talent within your Team
- Collaborate closely with DevOps department and other teams within the organization to build the capabilities needed to support our growth
- Consulting related to Implementation Projects
- Training and onboarding of RELEX employees
Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science and 60 months experience in the same or similar position required.
Special Requirements: - 5 years’ progressive experience working with (1) command-line interface of Linux operating system, (2) implementation of automation for CIS information security compliance, (3) Managing Infrastructure as a Code, software version control, and working with CI/CD pipelines, (4) Java, C, Shell scripting, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Vagrant, Analytics & Technical forensics, Data Engineering & Databases, and SQL
