Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. in Spring, Texas seeks an experienced DevOps Infrastructure Administrator to support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software delivery practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and high-quality software deployment.

This role requires a strong background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering, with leadership capabilities and SOX-aligned process experience. The position is full-time and onsite in Spring, TX.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in software development, IT, or engineering environments.
• Deep knowledge in DevOps cloud infrastructure and GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• SOX compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages CI/CD pipelines and automation of service integration, delivery, and deployments.
• Guides junior team members on DevOps practices and projects.
• Manages CI/CD pipelines to maximize efficiency.
• Implements best practices for system hardening and configuration management.
• Defines DevOps goals and metrics across teams.
• Collaborates with architects and developers on solution components.
• Reports progress to management and customers.
• Leads cross-division projects within larger programs.
