Job summary

InventYOU AB is seeking a Senior DevOps Automation Engineer to design, automate and support a CI/CD platform and containers platform running in both cloud and on‑prem environments. You will collaborate with development teams to keep delivery pipelines scalable, secure and reliable.

Your responsibilities include aligning CI/CD platform best practices, updating designs, maintaining the containers platform (Azure and on‑premistry with RKE2/Rancher), creating reusable pipelines and Helm templates,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with CI/CD platforms.
Minimum 3 years of Azure DevOps Server administration.
Minimum 2 years of deploying applications on Kubernetes.
Expertise in Azure DevOps Server and Services administration.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation and DevOps best practices.
Strong experience with containerisation and deployment on Kubernetes (Helm charts, operators).
Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform or Puppet.
CKA or CKAD certs preferred.
Business English proficiency (B2 or higher).
Ability to train development teams and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design CI/CD platform aligned with scalability, security and performance best practices.
Update existing CI/CD and infrastructure designs.
Design, maintain and improve the containers platform on Azure and on-premises (RKE2/Rancher).
Create reusable pipelines, templates and automation scripts for build, release and updates.
Ensure repeatability and ease of deployment for future releases.
Package applications using Helm charts.
Upgrade application servers and agents at least twice per year.
Support development teams on CI/CD tasks and provide training on the platform.
Measure and report metrics like cycle time, uptime, and deployment frequency.
