Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of hands‑on experience to design and operate enterprise‑grade CI/CD platforms across hybrid AWS and on‑prem environments. You will lead platform standardization, progressive delivery, and security‑by‑design to enable high‑quality, low‑risk software delivery at scale.

The role covers CI/CD framework design, release automation, testing integration, data automation, observability, and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and operating enterprise‑grade CI/CD platforms across hybrid AWS and on‑prem environments.
Experience applying security‑by‑design and reliability engineering to large‑scale software delivery.
Strong collaboration with application, infrastructure, security, and QA teams in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate a standardized CI/CD framework across Dev, QA, PartnerLab, Staging and Production environments.
Define promotion workflows with quality gates and artifact immutability.
Establish PartnerLab as a dedicated integration/validation environment with no direct path to Production.
Ensure environment parity across AWS and on‑prem systems.
Implement progressive delivery techniques: feature flags, canary, blue‑green, phased rollouts.
Automate rollback based on health checks, error rates, and SLOs.
Integrate automated testing (unit, integration, regression, security, performance) into CI/CD pipelines.
Automate database schema versioning, migrations, and data masking in non‑production environments.
Define observability standards: logs, metrics, traces; manage health dashboards and alerts.
Embed secrets management and least‑privilege controls into pipelines.
