Acceler8 Talent is partnering with a well-funded AI research startup building infrastructure for a new generation of scientific discovery. The team is based in Boston/Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid model requiring three days onsite.

The role seeks a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to scale cloud, GPU and deployment infrastructure, owning from commit to production and building automation for researchers and engineers working on AI-driven scientific computing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production infrastructure.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud platform experience.
• Proficient in CI/CD and IaC from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reliable releases.
• Manage cloud and GPU infrastructure using IaC.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes across cloud providers.
• Own networking, DNS, and multi-account infrastructure.
• Build self-service tooling and automate workflows.
• Lead incident response and improve reliability and cost.
