The person should have a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and silicon processing technology.**Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:*** Design semiconductor devices and define process DOE splits in the fab* Setup test measurements in lab and collect automated data as needed* Experience with CMOS technology development, characterization, modeling, or process integration.* Experience with semiconductor device characterization, device physics, and TCAD simulation tools (Sentaurus, Silvaco, or similar)* Define optimum process and device layouts* Support technology qualification and implementation for new products* Support production ramp up of new technologies and products**Minimum Qualifications:*** Advanced degree in electrical engineering, material science or similar discipline. PhD is preferred.* Expertise in lab measurement and data analysis tools* Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills, good communicator and team player*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
