Responsibilities

• Review and approve development plans, maps and permits for compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate comments with internal review staff to ensure consistency and cohesiveness.
• Respond to phone calls, emails and walk-in requests from developers and the public.
• Coordinate with field staff during construction to address questions and conflicts.
• Serve as a higher-level technical resource for staff engineers on design and process.
