Qualifications

• 10+ years of roadway design experience.
• Associate's degree in civil engineering or related field; exceptions may apply.
• Knowledge of transportation engineering concepts and methods.
• Advanced MicroStation SS2 and/or Open Roads Designer proficiency.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and completion of roadway designs including plans, traffic management, and cost estimates.
• Produce engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct field observations and data collection.
• Develop design details, calculations, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with team members and meet deadlines.
