Job summary

Global Fund for Women is looking for a Senior Development Associate in Washington, DC. In this role, you will oversee donor data management in Salesforce, support donor stewardship, and coordinate events. You'll work closely with the Development team to achieve our fundraising goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, strong Salesforce skills, and a commitment to gender equity. The salary range is $65,000 to $95,000 based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fundraising capacity.
• Experience with CRM platforms including Salesforce.
• Strong experience with processing charitable gifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor data in Salesforce and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee lifecycle of stock gifts and respond to donor inquiries.
• Support logistics and coordination for external events.
