Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, priorities, and timelines
Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies
Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices through code reviews, debugging, and QA
Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and processes
