Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a senior technical leader to guide multi-site Lightspeed projects, mentor teams, and drive production readiness from development to manufacturing. The role emphasizes advanced parameter optimization, fault analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a strong background in high-precision micromanufacturing, GD&T, and ISO-compliant quality systems, with hands-on experience in CNC/Laser systems and related tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Resonetics technology and high-precision manufacturing equipment.
• Solid understanding of materials science for medical device materials (Nitinol, stainless steels, titanium, polymers).
• Experience with software on high-precision micromanufacturing equipment (G-code, C++, VBA, GUIs).
• Familiarity with ISO quality systems in medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings per GD&T.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex processes.
• Ability to generate drawings/models/assemblies with 2D/3D software using GD&T.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with TMV/GRR, Process Capability, DOE, and validation.
• Experience using computer-controlled measurement systems to create and troubleshoot inspection programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to teams on Resonetics projects and Lightspeed opportunities.
• Mentor peers; lead complex setup, troubleshooting, and process development.
• Lead tasks across departments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive quotes and proposals for multi-site projects and capital equipment.
• Lead Production Readiness activities from Lightspeed to Production.
• Document parameters and generate setup sheets and work instructions.
• Ensure data integrity in Resonetics digital systems and report discrepancies.
• Support sales through customer visits and technical seminars.
• Identify process improvements and optimize system performance.
