Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead development of ceramic capacitor termination systems, metallization and copper-related plating.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate new materials and processes.
• Analyze data with DOE and statistics to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing across locations to implement new tech.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Support new product introductions from development to manufacturing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Document test results and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
