Job summary

Dlpcapital is seeking a Development Director in Saint Augustine, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire development process—from initial analysis to project execution. You will coordinate with various teams and jurisdictional authorities to ensure project adherence to budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field and at least 5 years of multi-family development experience. We offer generous benefits, including unlimited PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family land development.
• Experience working with jurisdictional authorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the approval of construction drawings and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Manage project development budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with jurisdictional authorities for entitlements and permitting.
• Scout new development opportunities and propose plans.
