Motion Recruitment is hiring a Senior Java Developer to design and build a ground-up backend platform. You will own core services, work on APIs, and deploy to AWS, with frontend considerations valued as needed.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, strong communication, and a hands-on mindset in a technically driven team. On-site 3x per week in Wilmington, NC, with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualificações

• Senior Java developer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and build microservices and APIs for scalable backend systems.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS and collaborating across teams.

A fast-growing and innovative company is hiring a Senior Java Developer to work on a new product from the ground-up. Their developers are responsible for end-to-end projects including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of its core in-house platform. The engineers work on systems that directly drive the business, not just integrations or maintenance layers. In this role, you will work on the backend of the platform, but any frontend skills are valuable as well. This is a fulltime role and will be expected to be onsite 3x per week.
