Tech Mahindra in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Senior IBM BPM / BAW Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on IBM BPM/BAW, BPMN, IIB, Java, REST/SOAP, and a collaborative approach to delivering scalable automation across banking, financial services, and large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; certifications in IBM BPM/BAW are a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise BPM/BAW solutions across complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow applications using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
• Build and maintain BPDs, Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UIs.
• Develop reusable toolkits, business objects, and workflow components.
• Integrate BPM/BAW with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with quality code.
• Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Architects, QA, and Support teams throughout SDLC.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution design discussions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IBM BPM / BAW Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience in IBM BPM, IBM BAW, workflow development, process modeling, IBM integration BUS (IIB), and Java based technologies. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop workflow applications using IBM BPM and IBM BAW.
• Build and maintain Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Human Services, Integration Services, and Coach UIs.
• Develop reusable toolkits, business objects, and workflow components.

The pay range for this role is $120,000-$130,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
