A key component of this role involves writing clean, production-grade .NET code, directing tasks for managed services vendors, verifying the quality of their deliverables, and partnering closely with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to guarantee robust, thoroughly tested applications.

  • Drive hands-on software development by writing clean, maintainable, and secure code across the entire application stack.

  • Incorporate design guidance and standards review from the Technical Application Architect while independently determining implementation approach for secure, robust, and scalable cloud applications, as well as desktop and mobile solutions.

  • Define clear technical requirements, assign development tasks to external managed services partners, and rigorously review their code to ensure alignment with ACCO’s standards.

  • Collaborate actively with the Software Quality Assurance team to design test plans, facilitate automated and manual testing, and ensure overall application stability prior to deployment.
