Summary

As a Senior Developer (C# .NET Microservices) at Gainwell, you will contribute to healthcare technology solutions that serve millions. You'll utilize your programming and analytical skills to develop healthcare administration products and have opportunities for professional growth through our developmental programs.

Your role in our mission

Contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies by:

• Providing portal security support, including user setup and access issue resolution
• Maintaining system readiness to support client SLAs
• Identifying production issues and developing solutions to ensure uptime
• Assisting call center agents and providers with portal usage
• Gathering debugging information and collaborating with engineering
• Testing new system changes
• Upgrading and maintaining systems to meet security standards
• Creating documentation to support systems
• Coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting moderately complex programs
• Analyzing, designing, and writing specifications and requirements
• Evaluating existing systems, assisting project managers, and working closely with teams
• Liaising with clients and management for technical consulting and issue resolution
• Developing test plans and participating in QA activities
• Leading small development teams and designing system components

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of applications development experience with:

• C# .NET microservices
• Restful API architecture
• IIS administration
• SharePoint
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Powershell scripting
• AWS
• Healthcare IT systems experience is highly preferred
