Job summary

Mark Anthony Group, based in Vancouver, is seeking a Senior Developer, AI-Enabled, to lead end-to-end delivery of production software with an AI-first approach. You will shape requirements with analysts, own architecture, and drive quality across the team, mentoring juniors and raising standards for AI-driven delivery.

The role requires expertise with AI tools like Kiro, strong fundamentals across languages/frameworks, and proven leadership in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering production software across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring developers.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled development tools, such as Kiro, is required.
• Strong development fundamentals across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Architecture, integration, and cross-system design skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate and direct AI-generated output.
• Ability to lead and mentor without formal authority.

As our Senior Developer, AI-Enabled, you'll lead the technical delivery of projects end-to-end, from shaping requirements with business analysts and users to architecting, building, and shipping production solutions. You set the technical direction on your projects, make the design and integration decisions, and own quality across what the team delivers. AI orchestration is core to how you work: you use AI tools (Kiro, agentic workflows) to deliver at a scale and speed well beyond traditional senior output, and you lead by example, raising the bar for how junior developers apply AI. You bring deep engineering judgment; AI multiplies your impact.

Thetypical hiring range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
