Mighty LLC. is seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain complex systems, APIs, and full-stack features across our product portfolio.

You will leverage AI to write production-grade code, collaborate with architects, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and partner with product to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The role emphasizes Node.js/Next.js and C#/ASP.NET Core, with a focus on AI/ML integration, clean code, and maintainable architecture in a fully remote

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Node.js/Next.js: production-grade backend services and APIs.
C#/ASP.NET Core: server-side development in .NET ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and build high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js/Next.js and C#/ASP.NET Core.
Develop and maintain full-stack features with React/Next.js frontend integration.
Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and enforce standards via code reviews.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through reviews and pairing.
Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into deliverables.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into product features (LLM APIs, embeddings, automation).
Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive backend excellence.
