Job description

JPC Partners is looking for a Developer that will focus on innovative products and improve existing offerings through hands-on rapid prototyping and development activities. We are seeking a Developer with a full-stack engineering background who is interested in testing new ideas in areas such as AI, Machine Learning, UX, analytics, and Blockchain via small-scale technology pilots. This is a technical, hands-on role that may involve reverse engineering code, hypothesis testing, solution architecture development, idea generation, and preparing project summary demonstrations.

Qualifications:

1. Four (4) or more years of experience in SaaS cloud application development, rapid prototyping, innovation labs, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2. Development experience in SaaS Platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
3. Strong experience with Python and Typescript.
4. Experience with Go and/or Java; experience in R&D, Labs, and testing; AI utilization is strongly desired.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for technology and user-centric design.
6. Experience working in environments using GitHub, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
7. B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
