Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Designer with strong typography and motion skills for a fast-paced digital agency. You’ll design and animate across brand, digital, social, and campaigns, from concept through final delivery, collaborating with strategy, copy, and account teams.

Bring 5–8+ years of agency experience, a motion-rich portfolio, mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, and comfort presenting to clients. Proficiency with AI design tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing motion production and strong static design.
• Experience producing motion and video content from concept through delivery on real client projects.
• AI proficiency in generating high fidelity images and graphics.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and willingness to keep learning as they evolve.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with tech and B2B brands and understanding audiences and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own creative from concept to final delivery across brand, digital, social, and campaign.
• Produce motion work end to end, from storyboards and animation to editing and final export.
• Create motion for social, video, interactive, and web with intentional craft.
• Set design direction and elevate brand identity with disciplined, bold execution.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and account teams.
• Present ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Use AI design tools to speed ideation or production without compromising craft.
