Bulletproof is seeking a Senior Designer to turn sharp thinking into jaw-dropping creative. You’ll shape brands people love across the globe and push craft, lifting ideas with conviction and cultural edge.

Based with Bulletproof London, you’ll lead complex design work, collaborate across disciplines, and guide juniors while maintaining high standards of craft and clarity. You’ll redefine briefs, spark change, and thrive on bold collaboration.

Competenze

• Strong portfolio of FMCG and consumer brand work across Brandworld/VIS and 360 brand systems.
• Experience across multiple touchpoints beyond packaging with some global brand exposure.
• Strategic and conceptual mindset to develop and evolve strong creative ideas.
• Ability to take ownership of key parts of projects, progressing work independently.
• Clear communication to articulate design decisions and creative thinking.
• Confident in client-facing situations and presenting work effectively.
• A collaborative, positive team presence supporting juniors and working with seniors.
