Twigeo in New York seeks a Senior Designer to elevate design and motion craft for world‑class brands. You’ll translate strategic briefs into standout creative for social and digital formats, and guide projects from concept through delivery.

You’ll collaborate with strategists, growth marketers, analysts and other creatives across our global team in New York, LA, Stockholm and Varna, contributing to pitches and AI‑assisted production. A strong sense of culture and emerging formats is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in performance marketing design and leading client pitches.
• Strong motion craft and a keen eye for social formats and trends.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate concepts and iterations.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain high standards in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience guiding junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading creative client discussions and acting as a primary creative contact on accounts.
• Designing and animating high-quality assets across paid social and digital formats.
• Integrating AI tools to accelerate production and push visual boundaries.
• Collaborating with designers, marketers, copywriters and analysts across offices.
