Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects), Mac OS, and Figma.
• Experience concepting integrated advertising, packaging, and signage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative concepts and assets across omnichannel campaigns.
• Lead creative ideation, concept development, and design deliverables.
• Build engaging displays and visual communication aligned with brand standards.
• Provide creative consultation to external agencies and production teams.
• Integrate feedback to refine outputs and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay informed of current cultural trends and translate into design strategy.
• Advocate data-driven creative insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Studio and with partner teams.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects, set timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Communicate and present work effectively to stakeholders.
