HYBE AMERICAS, a leader in global entertainment, seeks a Senior Designer to drive visual identity and 360 marketing campaigns across channels. You will translate direction into high-quality graphics for digital, print, and physical album packaging, including K-Pop styled inclusions.

The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Santa Monica with in-person collaboration 3 days/week and remote work 2 days/week. Must be based in or relocate to the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of graphic design experience in music, fashion, entertainment, or a creative agency.
• Proven experience designing physical packaging and/or music releases (CD/Vinyl packaging, photobooks, K-Pop style inclusions) with pre-press production knowledge.
• Strong portfolio showing elevated graphic design, physical packaging, 360 campaigns, typography, and photo retouching.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; motion graphics skills in After Effects/ Premiere Pro are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director and Art Directors to build out 360 campaign assets across digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
• Design assets for all channels including digital, website, email, paid ads, print collateral, OOH, and basic motion graphics.
• Review materials to ensure proper application of logos, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Design layouts and print-ready artwork for physical album formats (CD/Vinyl, photobooks, inclusions).
• Select materials, paper stocks, and finishes for packaging components; lead QC for inclusions and collectibles.
• Coordinate with print vendors to review proofs and ensure color accuracy and quality.
