Job summary

Friends University in Wichita, KS is seeking a Senior Designer & Multimedia to lead print, web, video, and social content while upholding the university brand. This role also serves as lead photographer and video producer within a collaborative marketing team.

You will manage projects from concept to completion, develop assets for enrollment campaigns, and coordinate with campus departments and external vendors. A strong design portfolio and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive design, digital and print, including photography and video production experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, eBusiness/eCommerce or related field is required.
• Excellent written, visual, oral and interpersonal communications skills are necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite); video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of print, digital, photo, and video content that promotes the University’s mission, brand, and value proposition.
• Design and manage marketing projects from concept to completion with consistent application of brand standards.
• Develop creative assets for enrollment marketing campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and institutional storytelling.
• Create and maintain engaging content for social media, digital platforms, electronic displays, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with campus departments and external vendors to support marketing goals and maintain visual asset libraries.
