SENIOR DESIGNER / MERCHANDISER – HOME TEXTILES

Conquest Sport Groupis a well-established NY-based manufacturer specializing in licensed home textiles including beach towels, throws, and soft home goods. Our portfolio includes premium brand collaborations withHurley, OffWhite, Tahari, and Scotch & Soda. We are currently seeking an experienced and drivenSenior Designer / Merchandiserto join our team and lead the development of innovative, trend-forward home textile assortments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end merchandising process for home textile assortments – from concept to delivery.
• Design and develop compelling, brand-right product collections in collaboration with our licensed partners.
• Drive seasonal strategies that balance fashion trends with commercial needs, aligning with brand aesthetics and market demand.
• Conduct competitive analysis, trend forecasting, and market research to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, sales, and sourcing to ensure timely product development and delivery.
• Ensure all products meet quality, cost, and margin goals while maintaining strong brand identity.
• Present seasonal concepts and line reviews internally and to external buyers/licensees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum10 years of experiencein home textiles design and/or merchandising.
• Strong understanding of fabrications, construction, and finishing techniques specific to home products.
• Demonstrated experience working with licensed or fashion-forward brands.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, PLM, and AMT.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and emerging trends within the home category.
