gpac is seeking a Designer to lead its residential design team, guiding the design process for high-end custom homes and major renovations. The role balances creativity, technical expertise, client relationships, and team development in a leadership capacity.

You will lead multiple active projects, manage design development from concept to documentation, and develop renderings, selections, and presentations for homeowners, builders, and trades.

Formación

• 5+ years in high-end residential design or major renovations.
• 2+ years leading designers or mentoring teams.
• Proficient in Chief Architect for renderings and documentation.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, millwork and finish carpentry principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the design team across multiple active projects.
• Oversee design process from concept through construction documentation.
• Develop high-end residential designs, renderings, selections, and presentations.
• Collaborate with homeowners, builders, architects, and trades.
• Ensure designs are visually compelling and practical to construct.
• Provide cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, and sequencing expertise.
• Participate in client meetings and deliver consultative design experiences.
• Visit active job sites to support project execution.
