Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Experience in space planning, schematic design, and design development
• Ability to interpret building codes and standards
• Experience coordinating with engineers and contractors
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; licensure preferred
• Several years of architectural design experience in commercial or mixed-use projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design concepts from initial client consultation through final documentation
• Prepare drawings and presentations for clients and project teams
• Coordinate with project managers and consultants throughout the project
• Review plans for code compliance and design integrity
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative culture
• Participate in client meetings and design reviews to ensure goals are met
• Maintain ADCI standards for quality, efficiency, and creativity
