Job summary

Hoefer Welker is seeking an experienced Interior Design/Architecture professional in Orlando to lead and support project design from concept through implementation. You will liaise with project managers, architects and consultants, and advocate the technical viewpoint on projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and hands-on use of Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and 3D rendering to deliver compelling interiors for healthcare and other sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with 8+ years of interiors experience.
• Creative design portfolio required.
• NCIDQ or architectural registration preferred.

Education/Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Interior Design or Interior Architecture with 8+ years of relevant interiors project experience required. A creative design portfolio is required.

Certifications/Licenses/Registrations

NCIDQ certification or architectural registration preferred. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the course of employment.

Qualifications/Skills

The candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, teamwork, presentation and organizational skills . Proficiency with Revit and other computer design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3D rendering is desired. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty effectively.
