Qualifications

• 4–7 years of proven experience in the agency space.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or portfolio school education focused on Design/art direction.
• You're an expert in Figma.
• You're a conceptual creative problem solver, applying ideas across channels.
• Bonus: experience with print production/packaging.
• Collaborative, hardworking, adaptable with strong initiative.
• Curious mindset with a passion for pixel-perfect design.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of visual designs, typography, visuals, logos, and icons.
• Brainstorm creative concepts with the project team and help develop campaigns.
• Integrate ideas across TV, print, and digital.
• Be a self-starter and proactive contributor.
• Sell your work to clients and peers.
• Work on projects within established timelines and briefs.
