Job summary

Eliassen Group in Chicago is seeking a versatile designer to support small business banking and B2B initiatives across mid to low funnel channels. You will partner with creative leads and cross-functional teammates to concept, design, and deliver assets across digital, print, out-of-home, direct mail, and related formats.

The designer will own projects from brief through production, serve as a day-to-day creative point for the team, and balance work across Figma and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced visual and technical design skills with strong art direction.
• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-channel assets and maintain brand consistency.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Motion or video design experience is a plus.
• Financial services experience not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute mid to low funnel creative across digital, print, OOH, and direct mail.
• Own projects end to end, from concept through production and delivery.
• Collaborate with creative leads, writers, designers, and marketers as the team’s design eye.
• Translate business objectives into clear design platforms and scalable systems.
• Work approximately 50/50 in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Provide day-to-day creative guidance with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to platform-level initiatives and multi-asset campaigns.
• Participate in interview and review processes as needed and prepare a portfolio for evaluation.

Our client seeks a versatile designer to support small business banking and business-to-business initiatives across mid to low funnel channels. The role will partner closely with creative leads and cross-functional teammates to concept, design, and deliver assets across digital, print, out-of-home, direct mail, and related formats. The designer will own projects from brief through production, serve as a day-to-day creative point for the group, and balance work across Figma and Adobe tools. A portfolio is required.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $30.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
