Dynamic Catholic in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Designer who also codes to craft engaging digital experiences across web, email, and app platforms. You will translate brand guidelines into high-performance interfaces and implement designs through front‑end development.

You will collaborate with marketers, developers, and content creators to deliver mission‑aligned digital experiences, while advancing our design system and UX/UI best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with web, email, and app UX/UI
• Ability to code front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces that drive engagement

Responsibilities

• Create and refine experiences for web, email, and app platforms, ensuring an intuitive user experience.
• Design responsive, mobile-first web and app interfaces aligned with brand goals.
• Develop email designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Code front-end components based on designs for performance and accessibility.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups and collaborate with stakeholders for approvals.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and iterate designs based on data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and pattern libraries.
