Job summary

FBC Remodel in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Designer to guide homeowners through the full design-build sales process, capture visions, craft concepts, close projects, and collaborate with production teams to realize designs.

You will also lead and develop an Interior Designer, delivering construction notes, 2D/3D renderings, and materials selections, while ensuring a high-touch, joyful client experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales-related experience.
Degree or certificate in Architecture, Space Planning, and/or Interior Design.
Familiarity with blueprints, construction notes, and estimates.
Proficiency in Chief Architect; working knowledge of 20/20 and AutoCAD is a plus.
Ability to learn and execute the FBC Remodel design/sales process.

Responsibilities

Capture the homeowner's vision and translate it into inspired design concepts.
Present multiple design solutions and close plan reviews.
Secure signed contracts and finalize all design details.
Lead and manage an Interior Designer responsible for construction notes, 2D & 3D renderings, and material selections.
Ensure a joyful, high-touch client experience through planning.
