Mejuri is the category-defining fine jewelry brand redefining luxury, your way. Feeling disconnected from an industry that typically markets to men, co-founder and CEO Noura Sakkijha leveraged her learnings as a third-generation jeweller to rethink the way women purchase jewelry—for themselves. In only seven years, and with a team of over 75% women, Mejuri has shipped over one million orders and opened retail stores across the globe, all while introducing new products weekly.

As part of Noura’s original vision to empower women to invest in themselves, the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and non-binary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. Mejuri continues to reach new customers through exciting community initiatives and expansion into international markets, such as the UK, Australia and Germany.

We are a team of retailers, creatives, technologists and strategists, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.

This role will join our in-house creative team located in NYC. In this role, you’ll bring brand stories to life through thoughtful, compelling design across a range of channels from digital to print, campaigns to product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely within the creative department, but with other critical cross functional leads.

What you'll do

  • Bring creative concepts to life from initial idea through to final execution across a wide range of brand touchpoints (digital, print, social, email, packaging, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, OPS, and cross-functional partners to develop cohesive, on-brand campaigns and content
  • Own projects from start to finish, balancing hands-on design work with strategic thinking and creative direction
  • Push the brand forward by contributing new visual ideas, refining design systems, and helping evolve our visual language
  • Present work confidently to internal stakeholders, explaining design decisions clearly and persuasively
  • Stay on top of design trends and emerging tools to ensure our creative stays fresh, relevant, and effective
  • Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all channels

What you'll bring to the team
  • 5-7 years professional experience, either in-house or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, digital, and print
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality

Location:

At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another. Corporate employees are in office 3 days a week.

Salary Looking for the perfect next opportunity is a big decision. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges as it empowers individuals through the hiring process and supports them in making an informed decision. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The salary range is between $101,000-$130,000 per year.
