Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking a Senior Designer to join the in-house Creative Team. The successful candidate will shape and execute creative projects for Powder Mountain, Powder Haven, and the Powder Art Foundation, focusing on a blend of design and art direction.

This role involves developing design concepts, leading art direction, and collaborating with marketing and events. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in editorial design and branding expertise. The position offers various benefits including health, vision, dental coverage, and generous paid time off.

Job description

Powder Mountain is seeking a Senior Designer to join the in‑house Creative Team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, the role will shape and execute creative projects across Powder Mountain, Powder Haven, and the Powder Art Foundation. This position is a hybrid of design and art direction: you’ll help establish visual direction and also deliver hands‑on design execution. Projects include marketing campaigns, branding systems, digital content, image‑making, event promotion, experiential design, wayfinding, and F&B/hospitality initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute design concepts across branding, campaigns, events, digital, and experiential projects
• Create bespoke and compelling work for special uses and one‑offs
• Build and maintain cohesive visual systems that expand the Powder brand and empower other creatives and employees to use them effectively
• Lead art direction for selected photography, illustration, and other image‑making initiatives
• Translate strategy and ideas into compelling creative work, from moodboards to final deliverables
• Partner with Marketing, Events, and other teams to bring initiatives to life with clarity and impact
• Develop ideas and visuals for social media in collaboration with Creative and Marketing
• Collaborate with production partners (printers, fabricators, developers, photographers, etc.) to ensure high‑quality outcomes
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders
