At Protegrity, you will play a critical role in visually communicating our brand, solutions, and value to customers, partners, and internal teams. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work closely with marketers, UX designers, product teams, and technical experts to bring complex ideas to life. From architectural diagrams and system designs to executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and high-impact digital media, your work will influence how Protegrity is seen across the world.Your day-to-day will span a diverse set of creative challenges. You will transform complex technical information-such as DevOps workflows, data security architectures, and AI-powered use cases-into clear, visually compelling assets. Whether you're enhancing a sales presentation for a Fortune 500 customer, designing an interactive infographic for social media, or visualizing our data protection platform for a product launch, you'll be at the center of how we tell our story.

Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver visual assets that elevate our messaging across platforms (PowerPoint, web, social, internal comms), ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Translate technical information-including DevOps concepts, data architectures, and security workflows-into clean, digestible diagrams and design systems.
• Create and support executive presentations for internal and external audiences, including sales enablement decks, board-level updates, and keynote visuals.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale design output while maintaining quality and creative control.
• Develop visual standards and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a unified experience across all touchpoints.
• Incorporate motion and interactive design, where appropriate, to increase engagement and convey dynamic or layered concepts.
• Stay up to date with design trends and tools-especially in SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise tech-to keep Protegrity's design strategy future-forward.

Qualifications :

• 6-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Express, PowerPoint and Figma.
• Strong understanding of how to integrate AI workflows into the creative process-e.g., using AI for content ideation, image generation, or rapid prototyping.
• Experience working with AI-assisted design tools, including Adobe Firefly to enhance efficiency and creative output.
• Familiarity with technical subjects such as DevOps, data architecture, and system design, with the ability to visually translate complex concepts.
• Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while coordinating effectively with external agencies, freelancers, and consultants to ensure deliverables stay on brand, on time, and within scope.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work across marketing, product, and technical teams-including high-pressure, deadline-driven environments-to align visuals with business goals and keep projects moving forward with clarity and purpose

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work with technical illustration, including system diagrams, architecture flows, and DevOps-related visuals.
• Proficiency in creating motion graphic videos to explain technical concepts, product features, or brand messaging-experience with After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is a strong plus.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams where timelines are tight, stakeholders are global, and priorities shift quickly.

Working Model : This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend on-site meetings only occasionally based on business needs. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
