Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Designer who transforms concepts into compelling, craft-driven design solutions across clients, channels, and formats while owning significant design responsibilities with confidence.

You will collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and cross-functional teams, contributing to ideation and bringing fresh perspectives to projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across branding, traditional media, social, web, and digital.
• Translate creative direction into effective, well-crafted visual solutions.
• Contribute to ideation and bring creative thinking to projects beyond pure execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members throughout the creative process.
• Support Designers through day-to-day collaboration and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with reliability and strong attention to craft and detail.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives tothe team.

Senior Designers transform concepts into compelling, conceptually driven design solutions across clients, channels, and formats. They bring exceptional craft and a sharp design sensibility to every project and are trusted to own significant design responsibilities with confidence. Beyond strong execution, Senior Designers bring creative thinking to the work and actively support the team around them.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across branding, traditional media, social, web, and digital.
• Translate creative direction into effective, well-crafted visual solutions.
• Contribute to ideation and bring creative thinking to projects beyond pure execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members throughout the creative process.
