Job summary

Hart in Columbus is seeking a Senior Designer to transform concepts into compelling design solutions across branding, web, and social. You’ll own significant design responsibilities with confidence while collaborating with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams.

The role favors strong craft, an eye for taste, and the ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines in a hybrid, in-person Tuesday-Thursday schedule, with optional remote Monday and Friday.

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across branding, traditional media, social, web, and digital.
• Contribute to ideation and bring creative thinking to projects beyond pure execution.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members throughout the creative process.
• Support Designers through day-to-day collaboration and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with reliability and strong attention to craft and detail.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives to the team.

This position is a hybrid role and must be within driving distance of our Toledo, Detroit or Columbus offices and open to working in-person Tuesday-Thursday weekly (optional work from home on Monday and Friday).

Senior Designers transform concepts into compelling, conceptually driven design solutions across clients, channels, and formats. They bring exceptional craft and a sharp design sensibility to every project and are trusted to own significant design responsibilities with confidence. Beyond strong execution, Senior Designers bring creative thinking to the work and actively support the team around them.
