• Translate business goals and creative briefs into design solutions with storytelling and visual impact.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across multiple projects and formats.
• Participate in concept development and brainstorming for company-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to evolution of brand identity, toolkits, and design systems.

One of the most recognizable brands in global sports is looking for a Senior Designer to help shape its creative identity. This is a contract role on the Global Brand & Consumer Marketing team, designing the campaigns, events, and brand moments that millions of fans see - across print, digital, social, out-of-home, in-stadium, and experiential. If you have a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and the range to take an idea from brief to built, this is a rare chance to put your work in front of an enormous audience.

You Will:

You Have:

• 5-7 years of design experience


• A portfolio demonstrating design excellence across a wide range of mediums and formats


• Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, color, composition, and brand systems


• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote


• Proven experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides


• Comfort in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines


• Strong communication and presentation skills - able to articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence


• Nice to have: experience designing for major live events or high-profile brands; exposure to motion design workflows and collaborating with animators; familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, creative automation, or content templating systems
