Job summary

Conwayandpartners in New York seeks a Senior Designer who can independently manage agency projects under the guidance of an Art Director. The candidate will design and develop brand concepts within a collaborative team, shaping visual directions for diverse campaigns.

Expect to lead 360 print collateral including brochures, ads, floorplans, and sales materials. Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required to deliver high‑impact branding and typography-driven work.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Font management and typographic retouch for branding.
• Image retouching and image curation with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conceptual tasks and contribute ideas throughout the creative process.

We are currently looking for a Senior Designer responsible for managing the projects of the agency in an autonomous way. Supervised by an Art Director, this person is going to work within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Design / Brand Concept
• General concept of the project
• 360 print pieces (brochures, advertising campaign, floorplan layouts, stationery, sales gallery, etc.).
• The candidate must have advanced knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• General knowledge of fonts and typographic retouch for branding.
• Knowledge in illustration, lettering and calligraphy contributes to the position.

Desired Skills:

We are looking for someone who has an excellent management of typographic grids. A person who has knowledge in image retouching and the ability to select and curate images in general while taking care of details during the process. Someone that can manage conceptually tasks while contributing with new ideas throughout the creative process.
