Job summary

The candidate will design and implement design transfers from Development and Validation to Manufacturing, through Post Launch, enabling productization of cutting-edge solutions.

This on-site role offers some hybrid flexibility, requires strong cross-functional collaboration, and may involve travel less than 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• 7–10 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience with design transfers and productization.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and cost to baselines across programs.
• Derive system-level I&T requirements and develop test procedures.
• Identify program/system-level I&T risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop, document, and teach best practices to less experienced engineers.
